At ZENITHCRAFT, we want you confident in every purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and defective item claims work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in original condition with all included parts and packaging.
- The product has not been opened, assembled, or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase from ZENITHCRAFT.
Opened electronic or battery-operated items may only be returned if defective on arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked final sale or clearance at time of purchase.
- Products damaged by misuse, alteration, or improper storage after delivery.
- Replacement parts ordered separately for products not purchased from ZENITHCRAFT.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email faisalnazir@zenithcraftllc.com or use our Contact Support form.
- Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and any required RMA details.
Do not send returns without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless ZENITHCRAFT provides a prepaid label for a defective or incorrect item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us within 14 days of delivery for damage claims, or anytime during the warranty term for defects. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund after review.
6. Product Authenticity Guarantee
All ZENITHCRAFT products are sourced from authorised suppliers and are 100% genuine. If you ever receive an item that appears inauthentic or not as described, contact us immediately — we will resolve it fully at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Contact support before returning. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences may apply.
